      A backup is a file with everything Shelf saves. Lock it with a passphrase so only you can open it.

      Keep the passphrase somewhere safe, like a password manager. Without it the backup can’t be opened, not even by us.

      At least 12 characters. A few random words work well.

      Or download a plain copy without a passphrase. Anyone who gets that file can read it.
